Sometimes you can hit a streak of bad luck. I travel around the state for business and rely on having a driver's license. I get the occasional speeding ticket every other year or so; but this year I got three within a three month span of time. I got a speeding ticket when I wasn’t speeding. The Officer gave me the choice of paying the ticket (saying I was guilty of speeding) or going to court.
